I am the Owner/Broker of Shore Road Realty - Cityside. My company name is an homage to my mother, who worked for Shore Road Realty on Cape Cod in the 1970's. My sister operates Shore Road Realty, still on Cape Cod, and I own and operate its "sister office" in Boston.

We are sisters in real life and sisters in real estate, covering the Boston area to Cape Cod.

​I started selling homes after having been actively involved in real estate since 1992 as a licensed real estate appraiser. I have worked in all neighborhoods of Boston, Metro West and Southeastern Massachusetts and have completed over 5,000 residential appraisals. I have sold many homes of all types with great results in part because of my extensive background and knowledge of what comes into play in local markets.

My appraising credentials include knowledge of the FHA and VA loan criteria, valuing complex and unique homes including income, luxury and waterfront properties, as well as bank owned properties and completing renovation estimates along with those valuations. I have also assisted attorneys in valuing properties for legal proceedings, estates and tax purposes. 

 

I have, along with my husband, had the opportunity to buy, repair, rent and sell properties and use this expertise to facilitate a client’s home sale. It also enables me to show potential buyers the value and possibilities in each of my listings that they come to view.
